Shipping
All animals will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex overnight Monday through Wednesday. Shipping dates will be arranged at the time of purchase. When delivery occurs, there must be an adult there to sign for the reptile on the first attempt or all guarantees are void. We must be contacted either by phone (209) 204-9517 or email stephanie@dragonzncornz.com within 2 hours of delivery, with delivery confirmation or health guarantee is void.
Shipping costs range from $50-$60 dollars depending on location. We only ship within the USA. Boxing materials, including cold packs, and/or heat packs are included in the above shipping price. Tracking numbers will be emailed when shipment is scheduled. We always reserve the right to delay shipment due to weather issues. All of our animals will be appropriately packaged in a pre-punched plastic cup or snake bag depending on size. All of our boxes are Styrofoam lined and have “Perishable” written on the side.
Live Arrival and Guarantee
We guarantee live arrival of all our reptiles, if the first delivery attempt is successful. If your reptile is not alive when it arrives call us immediatly 209-204-9517. Within 48 hours after delivery if you are not happy (as long as the first delivery attempt is successful) we will provide a full refund (minus shipping costs, upon return delivery of said reptile) or a replacement reptile (minus shipping costs upon return delivery of said reptile).
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal to stephanie@dragonzncornz.com. We also accept over night money orders, or cashiers checks made payable to Stephanie Hays. We will hold a reptile for 24 hours while we are waiting for payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours the reptile will be placed back on our site for sale.
Sexing
We attempt to determine the sex on our reptiles previous to selling them. However, we do not guarantee the sex of any reptile at any time.
*It is your responsibility to research the local and state laws for your area in regard to owning reptiles.
*It is your responsibility to research the care and proper nutrition of your new reptile.
